Dust off those crock pots and get your best chili recipes out because this years Ibex Chili Cook-off will be on Saturday March 10, 2012 starting at 7:00PM

As usual the event will be held at Joe Davis’ house in Schaumburg. We will need 10 to 12 cooks if possible to provide a good selection. of chilies for judging. Please sign up or let Joe Davis know that you will be bringing a chili to the cook-off or that you will attend as a judge.
The cost to those who bring a chili is free. The cost to others who sign up before March 10th will be $8.00, and $10.00 for those paying on the night of the cook-off. Please see Joe Davis at the January and February meetings to sign up. The price includes beer, wine, soda, munchies and of course great chili.
